As we anticipate the industry’s future needs, our commitment is unwavering: to offer our members a space where they can collaborate, share, and flourish, bound together by a shared vision of success and innovation.
Shared Purpose
We share ideas, challenge one another, and build stronger independent businesses through candid exchange and a commitment to each other’s success.
Regular Interaction
Our member firms send at least one representative to semiannual Principal meetings. Our teams also connect through Practice Groups, topical events, and our online community.
Programs & Services
Our member-led meetings and optional training address the needs of our firms. We share benchmarking results, carrier programs, and practical insights to support our teams.
Dynamic Organization
Our members may resign at any time. We may end membership for poor business practices or missing 50% of Principal meetings over two years. Firms may apply to retain membership after a sale or reapply one year after termination for attendance.
Dynamic Leadership
We welcome prospective firms that share our standards, with preference for regions where we have no current members. Our Principal meetings offer an opportunity to meet our community.
High Standards
Our member Board of Directors meets at least twice a year and makes decisions and agreements on our behalf. Our Executive Director supports the board and leads membership initiatives.
Our member firms share specialized local and regional knowledge to help serve clients across markets.
Through our community, clients benefit from the personal service of an independent brokerage and access to the experience and connections of our international member firms.
